FH: How often should women being doing butt exercises?
IA: Women should be doing exercises that target the glutes at least two times a week.
FH: How many reps?
IA: For best results you should perform 12 to 15 repetitions of each exercise 3 or 4 times.
FH: How soon do most your client’s see results? How can you tell if its working?
IA: Paired with a good diet, my clients will begin to see results within 6 weeks.
FH: What are your favorite personal exercises to keep your butt in shape?
1. Sumo style dead lifts
2. Banded donkey kicks
3. Weighted hip thrusts
4. Single leg hip thrusts
5. Bulgarian split squat
FH: What is your personal butt routine? Do you ever change it up?
IA: I typically stick to the foundation exercises as mentioned above, but with bands, dumbbells and steps all of those exercises can be modified to create variety.
